i have ever been stabbed in the back before and oh wells, always a first for everything. i dont mind that i am the target for blame but i am v disappointed in your actions. but lesson learnt? there is genuine difference between being nice and naive, i have got to start sifting between the two and sometimes confrontation is required (though i hate it.. sometimes it is just necessary). and if someone is not being a good leader, i need to take over.
